Formulation

Bring the healing power of warmth to conditions marked by cold stagnation like period cramps, stomach aches, sore muscles, arthritic joints, and cold hands & feet.

A blend of all Hawai'i grown, hot-natured & moving herbs like Ginger, Kava & Turmeric boost local circulation, warm the tissues and relieve pain. The center of each balm features a ‘blue moon’ of soothing Blue Chamomile essential oil.

Ritual

Massage on to abdomen, low back, sore muscles, achey joints and cold hands & feet as needed. As you create friction while applying the balm, you'll feel a gentle sense of heat being generated from the warming herbs. To augment this effect, cover the afflicted area with a hot pouch or heating blanket.

To help relieve cramping or stomach aches, make small gentle circles in a clockwise spiral outwards from your belly button and give extra love to tender spots.

Due to the inclusion of Mugwort, Blue Moon Balm is not recommended while pregnant or breastfeeding.
